Data Deletion Instructions
This page explains how to have the personal data you left with our Facebook Messenger assistant deleted.

How to request deletion
Method 1 — Message us. Send delete my data (or in Chinese, 删除我的资料) to the same Facebook Page you were chatting with. Our team will action it.
Method 2 — Email us. Write to beaucell.official@outlook.com with the subject “Data Deletion”. Please include your Facebook display name and the name of the Page you messaged, so that we can locate your record.
What gets deleted
- Your customer record: Page-Scoped ID, name, conversation status, and which advertisement referred you.
- Your entire conversation history with the assistant.
What we must keep
Completed orders and receipts must be retained for seven years under Malaysian tax law and cannot be deleted. These records are disconnected from your Messenger profile and are no longer used to contact you.
Timeline
We complete deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email or Messenger once done.
