6. Automated Assistant on Facebook Messenger

BEAUCELL SDN BHD (Company Registration No. 202401004239 / 1550089-V), Parcel 2, No. 40 Empire Residence, Jalan PJU 8/1A, Damansara Perdana, 47820 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia, operates several health and beauty brands. In addition to this online store, we run an automated customer-service assistant on the following Facebook Pages:

- LUCLEAR (eye-health supplement)
- NURACALM (sleep-support supplement)
- HairPlux (hair supplement)
- V-CoPlus+ (collagen drink)

What the assistant collects. When you message one of these Pages, we receive your Page-Scoped ID, your Facebook display name and profile picture, and the content of your conversation — including text transcribed from any images or voice notes you send. If you choose to place an order, we also collect the recipient name, phone number and delivery address you provide. Meta also tells us which of our advertisements referred you to the conversation. We never ask for and never store card numbers, passwords or identity-card numbers.

How we use it. To answer your product questions, quote prices and delivery charges, create and fulfil your order, follow up after purchase, and measure which of our advertisements are effective. Identifiers sent to Meta for advertising measurement are hashed with SHA-256 before they leave our systems and cannot be read back.

Who we share it with. Meta Platforms (message delivery and hashed advertising measurement); OpenAI and Anthropic (conversation content, used to generate the assistant's replies); Shopify (order details); Supabase and Railway (database and application hosting); and our delivery couriers (recipient name, phone number, address). We do not sell your data. We disclose it otherwise only where required by law.

How long we keep it. Conversation history and customer records are retained so that we can continue serving you, and are deleted on request. Order and receipt records are kept for seven years as required by Malaysian tax law.

Automated decision-making. The assistant generates its replies automatically. It does not make any decision that has a legal or similarly significant effect on you, and our staff can take over the conversation at any point.
